Learn more about AAPI Heritage Month

AAPI Heritage Month stands for Asian American & Pacific Islander Month, which celebrates anyone from an Asian-American background or culture. The month is designated and celebrated to honor and respect Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders who have contributed to our country. A couple historic events have happened in the month of May with the contributions of Asian immigrants which is the reason why we celebrate it in this month. One of those events is the thousands of Chinese immigrants' tireless labor to complete The Transcontinental Railroad. For more information about the celebratory month, click here or the button below!
