More than "just yoga", I absolutely love the holistic approach here that blends strength, stretching, mental and spiritual health all in each class. The instructors are so lovely and experienced and add a special and personal touch. Finding Yoga With Lenka has not only got me back into a healthy Yoga practice, but the classes are genuinely something I look forward to - this is coming from someone who is not prone to "loving exercise" ;-) ...but these classes and community make it fun.
