Sunday morning meditation circle will include gentle stretch, guided and silent meditation, sharing circle (optional to speak), & writing reflection. Gather in circle with your community. To turn inward, welcoming in a state of peace and harmony. Restore harmony within and you will experience harmony beyond. Bring a yoga mat, journal + something to write with, water or tea, and a blanket if you'd like. Wear something comfy and nonrestrictive. Sign up to reserve your spot! For Private Coaching Sessions: 24 hours notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule a call. If you have an emergency, we will work around it. Missed calls will not be made up if you do not let me know ahead of time and follow the proper procedure. Thank you!
