Charmaine Eaglin also known as "Ms. E," from Easy Education, has transitioned from her role as a state RA consultant.

Drawing on her experience as a former apprentice and licensed cosmetologist, she stepped in to help fill the gap left by Roanoke Technical Center.

She has created a fully online, state-approved Related Technical Instruction (RTI) course, which ready for immediate use by Barbering, Cosmetology, and Nail Technician apprentices.

• 144‑Hour Online Theory (Milady LMS) covering sanitation, cutting, chemical services, shaving, and business fundamentals.

   

Flexible Packages

• Theory‑Only – $795: Includes 2-year LMS access, digital study guides, live Q&A sessions, a state board kit, and a mannequin for testing upon course completion.

• Complete – $1,350: Everything above plus State Board prep class, full student kit/mannequin, and turnkey VA Works registration support (minimum standards, license verification, application, and apprentice add‑on forms).

   

• Payment Options: $100 deposit, in‑house plans, or Buy Now Pay Later (Afterpay, Affirm, Klarna).

   

• All costs flow directly to the apprentice—zero admin burden on the shop.
