All new jiu-jitsu classes start on Tuesday, June 17th.
Kids/Teens classes are 6-7pm Tuesday / Thursday & 10-11am Saturday.
If any intermediate kids want to try out the Kids Jiu-Jitsu classes, they are welcome to attend the Teen/Adult Kenpo classes which are the hour immediately after these classes for as long as they are attending Kids Jiu-Jitsu.
Adult classes are 7-8pm Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday & 11-12pm Saturday.
Teens may attend the Adult Jiu-Jitsu class with approval from Professor Shane.
No obligations for any of the trials!
Adults: Please come in athletic shorts and a t-shirt for classes.
Current Kids: Please wear your Kenpo uniform to Jiu-Jitsu classes.
Classes are taught by Professor Shane. All Jiu-Jitsu classes meet in the back half of our mat space in Suite 114-B where we have the wall pads on both sides of the room. Jiu-Jitsu classes are separated from our front classes with our moveable divider walls.
