Join us for our Thursday 6:45pm Hatha Vinyasa Flow class at Gumtree Wellness. This class combines the traditional styles of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga to create a dynamic flow that moves at a comfortable pace. Our experienced teachers guide you through each pose, with modifications for all levels, helping you to build strength, flexibility and balance. Cancellation Policy
By booking into one of our movement classes you agree that you are healthy and fit to participate and have received medical approval if needed. Classes are non-refundable once term has started. Make up classes will be offered when and if available. Your own mat is need for each class.
