In partnership with Stirling Rugby Club and The Conservation Volunteers (TCV), TreeLink were delighted to welcome over 30 volunteers to plant a native hedge between the allotments and the rugby field.

Max Hislop, Vice Chair said the event "surpassed my hopes with more volunteers, more trees and great weather." Our Crown of Trees is off to a great start.

Our Big Idea:
Crown of Trees

TreeLink trustees were delighted to announce their Big Idea at the Autumn Gathering.  Spending the summer exploring and discussing ideas to create a 36km walking route connecting important trees and woodlands around Stirling.

The plans is to draw on our existing projects in growing, planting and caring for trees in a new project bringing these together to realise a 'Crown of Trees' around the city of Stirling.

Get involved and find out more here.

Cashel Bash

TreeLink had a great time on 1st October 2023 joining in the fun at Cashel Forest's Autumn Festival.

Hundreds of people descended on Cashel to enjoy many family friendly activities.

Tree Nursery Activities

Over the summer months there has been lots of action in our Nursery.  Our new Trustee Alison has taken over the management of the trees and has been busy cataloguing and planning the winter activities.

Numerous volunteers have spent the third Saturday of each month looking after the beds by weeding, watering and general maintenance of the space.  It looks great and the trees are thriving!

You can volunteer too - you can find out more information here.
